Role Overview
Phone-based inbound telephone sales advisor position at Currys Contact Centre in Loughborough. The role is permanent, full‑time and requires 40 hours per week on a rotational shift basis between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Monday to Friday, with weekend shifts 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Saturday and Sunday. Salary is £26,561.60 per annum plus performance‑related commission. Start date is Monday, 15th June 2026.
Key Responsibilities
* Explore customer needs and offer suitable products and services from the Currys or Mobiles websites.
* Effectively pitch the benefits of Currys products and services to customers.
* Guide the customer through the sales journey while ensuring they are fully informed.
* Work towards and aim to exceed sales expectations.
* Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
* Confident communicator with strong people skills.
* Driven to consistently exceed sales targets.
* IT literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems quickly and efficiently.
* Passion for technology.
* Flexible and adaptable.
* Passion for putting customers first and creating customers for life.
* Previous sales experience desirable.
