About the team
Opportunity to join Worldpay’s EMEA Enterprise Relationship Management Team in the Retail & Hospitality Vertical. You will be joining a team of customer centric, commercially focussed, dynamic and supportive Relationship Managers. The team supports some of the largest retailers, pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops in EMEA with all their payments needs.
What you will be doing
* You will develop insights and merchant-facing materials to support Senior RM’s in developing share of wallet growth based on thorough understanding of merchant strategy and growth ambitions.
* You will provide Internal support – business planning and risk management
* You will build data-driven advice and consultation to optimise merchant’s end-to-end acceptance.
* You will contribute to merchant relationship health, increased merchant advocacy and understanding of pain points to optimise ways of working.
* Building strong relationships with merchant contacts per contact map
* You will lead some merchant facing projects and keeping all stakeholders updated and internal teams on track to deliver.

* Ability to show a self-starter mentality and enthusiasm for the role
* Requires solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form via presentation in a clear, concise and professional manner appropriate to audience
* Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements
* Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure
