About the Role:
This position involves:
* Being the first point of contact for employers regarding apprentice applications.
* Verifying eligibility requirements for applications.
* Logging all contact, funding, and invoicing details in the candidate management system.
* Handling inbound inquiries and managing them to completion.
* Coordinating initial application enrollment with apprentices and employers.
* Providing advice on the Apprenticeship Levy, incentives, and funding reforms.
* Supporting employers through the funding process via phone support.
* Maintaining the Apprenticeship Service account and ensuring data accuracy.
* Supporting compliance with government data deadlines.
* Ensuring funds are secured within desired timeframes.
* Assisting with employment change processes for apprentices and employers.
* Collaborating with other departments to coordinate applications.
* Contributing to the achievement of business conversion targets.
About You:
You will:
* Be reliable and hardworking.
* Have proven administrative, educational, training, or customer service experience.
* Possess excellent written and spoken customer service skills.
* Be organized, able to plan and prioritize effectively.
* Work well under pressure and handle issues proactively.
* Be problem-solving and highly IT competent, familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases.
* Be confident working with people at all levels.
* Be open to change and continuous improvement.
* Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of apprenticeship programs is advantageous.
