Health Club Administrator

Champneys Head Office

16 hours per week

This role is integral to the promotion and retention of our members. You will provide an administration service for Club Membership ensuring accurate fee collection and control, liaising with Members to provide information and relevant support ensuring retention levels maintained.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. As part of the administration team support with the administration of 6,000 plus members.
2. Processing of financial data including debt collection.
3. Promoting and supporting with member retention and engagement.
4. Communicating with members regularly and promoting Champneys initiatives.
5. Supporting colleagues with their membership enquires and sales of memberships.
6. Assist members and prospective members in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner as will do with all your colleagues.
7. Support the weekly, monthly, quarterly sales and marketing plan.
8. Fully adhere to the relevant sales systems and procedures.
9. Produce accurate data and information on Club Memberships compliant with GDPR and how we look after data.
10. Liaise closely with the Fitness and Wellbeing Teams and supporting colleagues to constantly grow your knowledge and be confident and competent in selling our products and experiences as they were intended.
