3. Oversee safeguarding provision, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and promoting a strong safeguarding culture.
4. Drive a positive, inclusive school culture that supports student wellbeing, personal development and academic success.
5. Line manage key pastoral and inclusion staff, ensuring accountability and impact.
6. Provide strategic oversight of the school’s Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) programme, ensuring high-quality provision and strong student outcomes.
