An established UK-based engineering manufacturer is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers worldwide via phone and email.
The Role:
You’ll deliver hands-on technical assistance, helping customers and internal teams resolve issues efficiently. The role involves troubleshooting, testing, and supporting electro-mechanical equipment, assisting production with fault-finding, and maintaining high-quality standards—all within regular, predictable working hours.
Experience Required:
* Strong electro-mechanical engineering background
* Confident in diagnosing, testing, and resolving technical issues
* Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, wiring, and assembly techniques
