Junior Operational Analyst
Flexible on Location
There will be a requirement to attend a Bupa site (Staines/Manchester/London) at least twice a month
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday – Friday
Salary £35,000 - £39,000 depending on location and experience

As a Junior Data Analyst specialising in Operational Data within the Healthcare Industry, you will be responsible for analysing, interpreting and presenting data specific to telephony, webchat and email contact.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
1. Collecting, analysing and interpreting data related to telephony, webchat and email within the healthcare industry
2. Analyse interactions and KPI's within the healthcare service centres to identify performance gaps and to analyse how these could be addressed with the goal of improving customer satisfaction
3. Use data to provide insights into areas for improvement and recommend strategies to operational teams
4. Collaborate with other analysts and cross-functional teams to identify patterns and trends in customer behaviour that could lead to better healthcare delivery
5. Develop and maintain databases to store and manage critical operational data
6. Track and report on key performance indicators that support the healthcare service delivery goals.
7. Design data dashboards and data visualizations to assist stakeholders in understanding and interpreting data trends
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
8. Proficient in at least one coding language (SQL, SAS, R, Python) and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
9. Experience with self-service dashboards – ideally using PowerBI/R Markdown/Python or Tableau
10. Academic applied knowledge of machine learning/statistical modelling techniques
11. Snowflake SQL experience would be beneficial
12. Ability to provide input into, feedback on, and follow a project schedule.
