Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and inclusive science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Participate in the school’s ECT induction programme and ongoing training.
* Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to support a range of learners.
* Foster a classroom environment that promotes enquiry and enthusiasm for science.
* Track and support pupil progress through clear feedback and interventions.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to wider school life.
Qualifications and Experience:
* QTS or expected QTS by September 2025 (essential).
* Degree in a science-related subject (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
* No experience required—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* A genuine passion for science education.
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
