Senior Marketing Executive
Develop effective marketing strategies and campaign plans for international trade exhibitions and conferences. Use traditional and innovative marketing techniques to attract visitors, delegates, exhibitors, sponsors, and press.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to all aspects of marketing activities and communicate clear promotional messages.
* Create and issue promotional electronic newsletters and effective email campaigns.
* Maintain and update event websites, apply SEO knowledge, and recommend ways to enhance the user journey.
* Manage PPC campaigns, review results, and provide recommendations.
* Utilize and manage digital tools (e.g., app, survey tool) to enhance campaigns.
* Manage the exhibitor promotional campaign and contribute to strategy.
* Lead copywriting, design and production of delegate marketing materials and emails.
* Become an expert in Salesforce, identify marketing opportunities and utilize data.
* Marketing administration including proofreading, delivering advertising copy, responding to enquiries, and monitoring competitor activity.
* Negotiate barter details with media partners and associations.
* Liaise with external suppliers (PR companies, designers, online providers, data houses, registration companies, printers, photographers, mailing houses).
* Support implementation of research projects to review customer satisfaction and identify portfolio developments.
* Provide onsite support to ensure the smooth running of marketing-related activities (e.g., registration, press office, research, placement of branding and materials, sales stand).
Qualifications
* 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing.
* Strong copywriting skills.
* Proficiency in HTML.
* Experience using databases and creating targeted direct marketing campaigns.
