Your new role
Your responsibilities include:
* Leading daily stand-ups and managing a team
* Overseeing the full end-to-end customer journey
* Identifying and implementing process improvements
* Ensuring regulatory compliance and scripts are FCA compliant
* Monitoring team performance and producing regular reports
* Spotting trends
* Meeting with auditors
* Collaborating across departments to enhance operational efficiency
* Other ad-hoc duties required
What you'll need to succeed
* A strong background in an insurance or regulated environment, ideally personal lines insurance
* Proven experience in a managerial or operational leadership role
* A track record of improving processes and driving performance
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Clear communication, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
