We're looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Coordinator to keep our sites running smoothly, ensuring safe, compliant, and well-maintained environments for our teams and visitors.
What you'll do:
* Act as first point of contact for all facilities and maintenance enquiries
* Coordinate contractors and engineers for planned and reactive maintenance
* Carry out site inspections and monitor works to maintain safety and compliance
* Produce reports and support procurement of external contracts
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
* IT proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Awareness of Health & Safety and Data Protection requirements
* Desirable: IWFM Level 3 or IOSH Managing Safely
