Job Purpose: This is an exciting opportunity for a tenacious and hardworking natural leader to join JDT Utilities Ltd. as a Trainee Project Manager in a 24-month program designed to develop the successful candidate into a fully qualified Project Manager.
The Trainee Project Manager will report to the Senior Manager Tier 1 and will be responsible for coordinating and delivering Tier 1 projects, managing gas operations teams to meet targets, ensuring compliance, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage gas operations teams to deliver projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency.
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution from start to finish.
* Support administrative tasks such as staff induction, training, and resource planning.
* Ensure adherence to safety standards, conduct audits, and deliver training.
* Use PULSE for project management and reporting.
* Act as a Competent Person and Authorizing Engineer for permits and safety systems.
* Maintain compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
* Report on financial aspects of projects.
* Participate in planning, coordination, and stakeholder meetings.
* Promote diversity and inclusion within the team.
Employment Details:
* Permanent, full-time position
* Monday - Friday, 45 hours/week
* Location: Sturminster Marshall, Dorset
* Salary: £32,000 to £48,000 per annum after 24 months
