I run a growing leaflet distribution business and I’m looking to hire someone to take control of planning and managing our delivery operations. This is a paid role, and I need someone who can take responsibility and run this side of the business properly.
What the role involves
* Planning and mapping delivery areas efficiently (no overlap, full coverage).
* Organising and managing leaflet distributors.
* Ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
* Tracking progress and keeping operations running smoothly.
* Reporting back clearly and solving problems when they arise.
What I’m looking for
* Organised, sharp, and reliable.
* Good with computers (maps, spreadsheets, basic systems).
* Capable of managing people and holding them accountable.
* Able to think ahead and plan properly, not just follow instructions.
* Experience in logistics, delivery, or team management is a big plus.
Important
This role requires someone who understands responsibility. If you’re not confident with organisation, tech, or managing people, this isn’t the right fit.
