As a true partner to the b usiness, youll: Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, shaping strategic and operational decisions Drive high performance by coaching managers on capability, conduct and wellbeing Use people data and intelligence to identify trends, risks and opportunities Provide expert support on complex employee relations matters Champion consistency, fairness and great people management Support engagement, culture and EDI activity across your areas This role is all about influence, insight and helping leaders be their best.
What youllbring
Werelooking for someone who can truly challenge and support in equal measure.
Youllhave: CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) Strong ER/casework experience Solid knowledge of UK employment law Proven experience partnering with leaders and managers Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills Confidence using people data to drive decisions Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
