You could be our next Customer Services Team Member to join our team to ensure accurate processing of orders and providing query resolution within a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) setting. You'll be in an open plan office, part of a team of 30 to work together to maintain healthy supply chain flow.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Responding and managing customer queries via e-mail and telephone in a professional and timely manner.
* Investigating and resolving any customer queries over the phone and e-mail.
* Frequent collaboration across the departments to support business objectives.
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Have practical experience in a customer service role or similar.
* Can demonstrate their strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Showcase their excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Have practical experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) to complete daily tasks.
* Can use enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as SAP or similar.
