Monitor order status to ensure timely processing and resolve any pick-related issues. Communicate regularly with customers, suppliers, and hauliers to provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure delivery schedules are met. Respond promptly to operational issues and communicate effectively via email and other channels. Prepare and distribute necessary shipping documents, including manifests and delivery notes. Maintain logs and reports related to order processing, deliveries, and inventory forecasts. Administer regular yard checks with the shunters to verify trailer details and ensure dock readiness Coordinate customer collections and booking management.
