Talent Project Manager – 9-Month Fixed Term Contract
We are seeking an agile, hands-on Talent Project Manager to join a global organisation on a 9-month fixed-term basis.
This is a delivery-focused role within the Talent function, responsible for taking talent concepts from initial idea through to practical solutions, products, high-quality executive materials, and end-user communications. Acting as a mini-PMO for the Talent function, you will bring structure, governance, pace, and visibility across multiple concurrent initiatives within a transitioning environment.
You will need to be highly adaptable, curious, and comfortable working independently while managing stakeholders across different levels of seniority.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Lead and deliver end-to-end talent projects from concept through execution
* Act as a central coordination point (mini-PMO) across the Talent portfolio
* Build clear project plans, manage timelines, track risks, and drive accountability
* Translate business needs into practical, scalable talent solutions
* Develop high-quality decks, executive packs, and presentation materials
* Demonstrate excellent storytelling and presentation-building skills
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity
* Apply knowledge of modern talent frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development
