ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for an experienced Product manager with to lead backend initiatives across our Shopify platform and Business Central integration.
In this role, you’ll design and implement solutions thatenhance our website's performance, scalability, and functionality. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring our systems work harmoniously, meet business goals, and maintain topperformance.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in product management or digital systems leadership within a technology-driven environment.
* Proven experience leading cross-platform integrations and developing unified digital workflows.
* Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and third-party vendors
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Strong understanding of Shopify Plus, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Dynamics CRM.
* Familiarity with APIs, system architecture, and data synchronisation strategies.
* Ability to map and redesign business processes using digital tools and platforms.
* Familiarity with middleware solutions, data warehousing etc
* Comfortable working with backend teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Education
* A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable
THE ROLE
This is a strategic and technically literate role, bridging business needs, user experience, and backend infrastructure. You will own the roadmap and execution for digital systems integration, ensuring that our platforms work seamlessly together—from eCommerce and order processing to customer engagement and fulfilment.
The role encompasses product leadership, system integration, process optimisation, and technical development. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders in customer experience, operations, finance, IT, marketing, and external vendors to build reliable, scalable systems.
Responsibilities
️Product Leadership & Strategy
• Define and execute the digital systems integration roadmap, focusing on Shopify, Business Central, and Dynamics CRM.
• Document and optimise business processes across eCommerce, inventory, sales, customer service, and fulfilment.
• Prioritise initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user needs.
System Integration & Development
• Lead the integration strategy for Business Central, Dynamics CRM, and Shopify Plus, ensuring seamless data flow architecture between systems.
• Build and manage APIs and middleware for scalability and performance.
• Customise pages, reports, tables, and code units to meet business needs (e.g., pre-reminders for finance).
• Ensure systems operate in sync with third-party applications (e.g. Zatu API).
️Project Implementation & Technical Execution
• Oversee high-priority projects, including:
• DYCE subscription integration into Shopify and CRM.
• Business Growth Service contract upload into Business Central.
• Slinghammer transition and DYCE Phase 2.
• Contribute to solution design discussions, testing strategies, and deployment plans.
System Optimization & Continuous Improvement
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and system configurations, proposing data-driven improvements.
• Support backend development decisions, ensuring data accuracy, security, and performance.
• Evaluate new tools in the Microsoft ecosystem, such as Power Automate and Power BI, to enhance workflows.
• Maintain Business Central with updates, upgrades, and refits where needed
Testing, Documentation & User Support
• Perform unit and integration testing, troubleshooting bugs and performance issues.
• Ensure seamless data synchronization between NCF, EVO, CRM, and the warehouse metadata feed.
• Provide second-line user support for functional issues and bulk data imports.
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes, and development tasks.
