Role Description
This is a full-time role for a B2B Support Specialist, based on-site in Basildon. The B2B Support Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support to our business clients. Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, guiding clients through system features, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The B2B Support Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service offerings.
