Key responsibilities include:
* Managing your own caseload of litigated fast track RTA claims from instruction to resolution, whether by settlement or trial
* Handling liability disputes and providing expert advice throughout the litigation process
* Delivering exceptional service to insurer clients, maintaining the firm’s high standards
* Collaborating closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners within a dynamic team
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing fast track RTA litigation claims
* Strong knowledge of the litigation process and Civil Procedure Rules
* Familiarity with the OIC portal is essential, with a clear working knowledge even if not used daily
* Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
