Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative, organisational and governance support to the CEO, contributing directly to effective leadership and strong governance across AIA. The role supports the smooth coordination of meetings, Board activity, organisational communications and compliance.
Main Areas of Responsibility
* Executive & Strategic Support: Managing diaries, preparing briefings, drafting communications, conducting research and supporting strategic decision‑making.
* Governance & Board Support: Coordinating Board and sub‑group meetings, preparing agendas and papers, taking minutes, tracking actions, and maintaining accurate governance documentation.
* Organisation Communication & Coordination: Supporting internal communication, organising planning activity, tracking organisational priorities, and ensuring smooth information flow across the leadership team.
* Communications & Reporting: Preparing written reports, maintaining IT and digital proficiency, promoting AIA’s work, and keeping up to date with sector developments.
* Self‑Management: Upholding organisational policies, working safely and professionally, engaging in reflective practice, and committing to learning and development.
