Gather information about patient journeys and triage calls effectively. Accurately record notes and pass details to the appropriate contact. Complete administrative tasks including data entry and maintaining patient records. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a patient-facing or healthcare administration role. Use of Salesforce previously is preferrable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
