You will learn modern enterprise technology, develop strong sales fundamentals and grow into someone who can explain complex tooling solutions in clear, compelling language. What The Role Involves You will be trained in both sales and technology, developing into a Technical Sales Consultant over time. Day to day, you will learn how to: - Identify and generate new opportunities through research, outreach and structured prospecting - Qualify customer challenges and understand the outcomes they want - Communicate technical ideas clearly and without unnecessary jargon - Support the sales process through meeting preparation, follow ups and early-stage demonstrations - Build knowledge across our tooling ecosystem including service management, observability, automation and enterprise architecture - Contribute to proposals, value framing and early-stage pre-sales conversations - Work within a structured sales process using CRM tools and modern outreach techniques What You Will Be Trained In - Sales fundamentals including outreach, qualification, objection handling and negotiation - Value based selling approaches - Understanding how modern IT and ServiceOps environments function - Platform specific training across HaloITSM, Dynatrace, Workato and Ardoq - Building confidence in presenting, simplifying complex concepts and supporting sales conversations Who We Are Looking For We care more about your potential than your experience.
