Employed Package: Up to £35,000 basic + consistent overtime (earn £40k–£50k+)
Contractor Package: £230–£240 per day (self-employed, van & tools required)

The Role
As a Furniture Upholsterer, you’ll travel to different client sites across the UK to carry out high-standard upholstery and restoration. No two days are the same.
Typical tasks include:
* Restoring and re-upholstering seating, booths, chairs, and hospitality furniture.
* Using cutting, sewing, and button-back techniques.
* Setting up and working with mobile sewing machines.
* Working independently to deliver professional results to tight timescales.
* Some overnight stays required (fully funded if employed).
What We’re Looking For
* Experienced upholsterers with commercial or high-volume furniture background.
* Confident in mobile upholstery techniques – top-stitch, deep buttoning, quilted work.
* Self-reliant, dependable, and able to manage jobs from start to finish.
* Contractors need their own van and tools (fuel support provided for longer trips).
