This national Law Firm is seeking a part-time Personal Injury Solicitor (minimum 21 hours) to join its busy Pursuer Injury Team in Edinburgh. The role offers a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated personal injury and insurance claims, with opportunities to support junior colleagues and contribute to team development.
Responsibilities include case management through all stages of litigation, drafting documents, advising clients, preparing evidence, instructing experts, and sheriff court advocacy. Client care, mentoring, and business development are also key.
The ideal candidate will be NQ–4 years’ PQE with experience in pursuer personal injury litigation (RTA and public liability), and advocacy skills are essential. Clinical negligence experience is desirable but not essential.
