The team covers M&A, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Ideally this role would suit an individual who has connections to the Highlands, Islands or Moray and who is proactive in business development in these areas however this is not essential. You must be able to work well within a team environment and be capable of dealing directly with numerous and varied client enquiries and transactions at any one time. The role is ideally suited for those who have ambitions to progress their career and is comfortable with a significant amount of client contact.
