Role Purpose
Working within the Punch People team, this role is primarily operational and would suit someone who enjoys supporting others, building relationships across the business, and has a proactive, can-do attitude. You’ll provide essential HR administrative and coordination support across various initiatives, helping the wider People team deliver a seamless and engaging employee experience.
Accountabilities
Generalist HR Support
Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, acting as a first point of contact for routine people-related queries.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end to end recruitment activities and ensure a 5* selection experience for applicants across all levels
Employee Relations Support
Support documentation and scheduling for ER processes such as investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings.
Engagement & Culture
Help deliver employee engagement surveys and support teams in interpreting feedback.
HR Projects & Initiatives
Assist with HR projects and contribute ideas to improve processes and systems.
Organisational Support
Provide administrative support in reviewing team structures and roles.
