It is the perfect position for someone in search of hands-on experience working with social, emotional mental health needs. The SEN LSA opportunity in Worthing is focused on raising attainment with children aged 4-11. As a LSA, you will be working in classes of 5-8 students, with a staff to student ratio of 1:1 for some students. Great experience for an Aspiring Educational Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist, and gives you excellent grounding across several areas in social, advocacy, mental health, and special educational needs.
