The practice operates efficiently, ensuring patients are seen by the most appropriate clinician. It is a purpose-built surgery that is extremely profitable and places a strong emphasis on ensuring all staff are happy and well-looked after.
The practice is seeking a Salaried GP to join their team and play an essential role in their growth plans. They encourage specialist interests, particularly in Diabetes, and ensure that everyone shares responsibilities equally. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking practice with a strong team ethos. The team is sociable, and coffee is provided daily.
The Package:
* 6 weeks of annual leave (Pro-rata)
* 1 week study leave (Pro-rata)
* BMA model of contract
* Training in Diabetes or a specialist interest in this area would be a desirable skill for this role
