Our client is looking to take on an Assistant Financial Planner due to growth. In this role you will:
* Immerse you in the financial planning process, working closely with Financial Planners and Financial Planning Managers.
* Provide comprehensive training and practical experience, supported by one of Essex's leading Law and Financial Planning firms.
* Prepare you to deliver exceptional service to clients while advancing your technical expertise.
The role is based in Colchester, but you’ll need to be flexible and able to travel to other Essex offices when necessary.
Full training and practical support will be provided and will include:-
About You - Assistant Financial PlannerYou will hold the Chartered Insurance Institute Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent and have at least two years’ experience in the industry as a Trainee Financial Planner. You will be motivated and dependable, with strong attention to detail, seeking to develop your career in financial planning.
You will show a genuine passion for delivering excellent client service and display a willingness to learn and be flexible and dedicated. You must display a can-do attitude, be able to manage your workload and prioritise effectively. You will be supported and encouraged to achieve your goals within the Financial Services Industry.
You will possess the following skills:
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and to use own initiative
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
