Role Summary:
As our Office Manager, you will play a central role in overseeing daily operations, supporting customers, and managing relationships with suppliers and logistics partners. This is a varied role that combines administration, relationship management, and product/market exposure — ideal for someone who enjoys both structure and variety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchase Order Management – Process, generate, and track purchase orders with accuracy
* Supplier Relations – Maintain and improve existing relationships; build new partnerships
* Customer Accounts – Manage existing accounts, resolve issues, and develop new customer relationships
* Quoting & Sales Support – Prepare quotes, process orders, and support sales activities
* Product Exploration – Test and learn about new security products and technologies
* Logistics Coordination – Work with couriers and carriers to ensure timely deliveries
* Inventory Management – Monitor and maintain stock levels accurately
* Online Operations – Manage product listings and orders across online platforms
* Administrative Excellence – Oversee office operations, scheduling, record keeping, and communications (phone, email, in person)
* Trade Shows & Business Meetings – Represent ERTECH at industry events and support networking opportunities
* Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline operations and boost efficiency
Required Qualifications:
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Customer service skills and confidence in phone/email communication
* Professional, reliable, and punctual
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in office management, administration, or operations
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Interest in technology and willingness to keep up with latest industry trends
* Experience with IP CCTV, security technology, or distribution
* Familiarity with ERP systems or stock management software
* Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms

Schedule & Location:
* Full-time, permanent role
* Standard hours: Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts excluding breaks)
