We are looking for the top Software Engineers in London who like working on complex, highly distributed systems and applications to work for an Elite FinTech company!

Compensation: Up to £300k 1st Year Compensation
Location: London (Hybrid)
As part of the team, you could be:
* Designing and delivering high-performance solutions that support mission-critical platforms processing multi-exabytes of data in real time.
* Developing and maintaining highly concurrent distributed systems built for demanding production environments.
* Working primarily with Python while also having opportunities to gain exposure to additional languages such as Rust and Go.
* Contributing to the development of a new greenfield machine learning platform and helping shape its technical direction.
We are looking for engineers who have:
* Between 4 and 15 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, particularly within distributed systems or large-scale data environments.
* Strong experience building production systems using Python.
* A background in developing scalable backend systems designed for performance and reliability.
* Any exposure to machine learning systems or MLOps practices would be considered beneficial.
* Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team of experienced engineers.
