They’re scaling up and growing at an impressive rate and need a Strategy Director with big ambitions to help drive this growth. Your New Adventure This is the agency’s first senior strategy hire and an opportunity to carve out the strategy offering. Working closely with the founders, your mission is to fuel outstanding creative with insightful thinking, putting the agency on the map with your innovative brand-building strategies. You’ll be tasked with developing and growing the strategy team, currently made up of two of the brightest minds you’ll ever work with. Is This You? You’ve been in the strategy game for at least 7 years, with some experience specifically in design. You've got a trophy cabinet full of wins in brand positioning, architecture, identity, and you know what NPD stands for without Googling it.
