ABOUT THE ROLE
About the Role:
As a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor, you will bring your expertise to a wide range of services such as Dilapidations, Surveys, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Contract Administration, and Party Wall matters. You’ll have the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and help drive the firm’s growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
– MRICS qualified with extensive commercial experience, ideally gained at a larger firm.
– Proven experience across Surveys, Dilapidations, Contract Administration/EA/CA, with strong contract management skills.
– A well-rounded surveying background, with a bonus if you bring multi-disciplinary experience in Building Surveying and Project Management.
– A driven individual who thrives in a client-facing role and is passionate about business development.
