* Salary: £30,000–£35,000 base + £50,000–£55,000 OTE

We enable enterprise teams to create, manage and measure corporate events through a beautifully designed, secure, cloud-based platform.
We’re now looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our commercial team. This is a key role at the front of our sales engine, responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth and helping us reach our ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify new business opportunities across target verticals (financial services, legal, professional services)
* Engage prospects via phone, LinkedIn and email to spark meaningful conversations
* Qualify leads and schedule product demos for our Account Executives
* Collaborate with Marketing to optimise outbound campaigns and messaging
* Maintain accurate records and activity notes in HubSpot CRM
* Experiment with AI tools and automation to improve prospecting efficiency and creativity
* Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies, workflows and processes
Requirements
* 1–2 years’ experience in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role (ideally in SaaS or technology sales)
* Confident communicating with senior stakeholders across phone, video and email
* Organised, energetic and resilient
* Genuinely interested in how AI can enhance sales workflows
* Motivated to learn, grow and contribute ideas
* Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment
