About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our busy team as the number two to the Head of Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to take on a senior role in a supportive and dynamic firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
* Handling re-mortgage work with efficiency and accuracy
* Assisting and supporting the Head of Department with departmental management tasks
* Ensuring excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships
* Working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Essential Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years PQE in conveyancing (solicitor or licensed conveyancer)
* Strong experience in re-mortgage work
* Proven ability to manage caseloads independently and efficiently
Desirable (Premium Offered):
* Experience with bridging finance transactions
