Fio is a forward-thinking theatre company based in Cardiff. We are interested in art, artists and ideas. We work with global majority artists to wrestle and reinvent the theatrical cannon or/and create new works that challenge, provoke, and inspire.

The Administrator and Participation Coordinator is a key role supporting the company by ensuring effective day to day administration and record keeping, supporting the development of projects through research and compiling information and coordinating the schedules and arrangements for participatory work and events.
Role Purpose
To provide essential administrative, organisational, and participatory project support across Fio’s programme, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, strong communication, and consistent engagement with communities and partners.
One‑year fixed‑term contract, with continuation subject to future funding.
We particularly welcome applications from people from the global majority, who are currently under‑represented in our sector in Wales.
