About the Service
Our client operates a well-established residential dementia care home set within a spacious, characterful property. The home provides high standards of person-centred care for older adults living with dementia in a calm and supportive environment.
Responsibilities Providing compassionate, person-centred care to residents throughout the night
Supporting residents with personal care, comfort, and dignity
Monitoring wellbeing and responding appropriately to night-time needs
Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns to senior staff
Working collaboratively with the night team to ensure a safe, calm environment
About You Experience in residential care, particularly dementia care, is desirable not Essential
A caring, reliable, and patient approach
Comfortable working night shifts and managing responsibilities overnight
Able to work well as part of a team and follow care plans accurately
