Our Primary Care desk is an ever-expanding team focusing on both new and existing business in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role. This is a chance to join a team, working with CCG’s, local surgeries, Out of Hours Providers, Urgent Care Centres, HMP’s.
Salary up to £50k basic dependant on experience, coupled with a highly competitive and uncapped commission structure that includes quarterly performance bonuses with the potential of 90k+ OTE. There are regular pay reviews dependant on performance, a clear career progression plus individual and team performance based “company treats”.
Responsibilities
* Source & develop ongoing business relationships with Candidates
* Source new clients and negotiate initial contracts
* Develop ongoing business relationships with Managers
* Fill urgent temporary cover bookings
* Working on permanent placements
* Negotiate ongoing candidate and client rates
* Liaise with Compliance Department to ensure Candidates are fully vetted
