So the question is: Are you our next Who? We're a fast-moving shop fitting company delivering high-end fit-outs across the UK. We need a Working Site Foreman who's hands-on, switched-on, and ready to run sites with pride. This is not a 9-to-5 desk job—it's boots on the ground, sleeves up, and 12-hour days on site.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing sites from strip-out to handover
* Working alongside trades—this is a working foreman role
* Leading subcontractors and maintaining high standards
* Problem-solving, keeping things moving, and owning the outcome
•Liaising with clients, suppliers, and the wider team
* Maintaining safety, tidiness, and professionalism on live sites
What you'll bring:
* Experience in shop fitting and interior fit-out
* A solid trade background (preferably joinery)
* CSCS card
• SSSTS or SMSTS
* First Aid
* Full UK Driving Licence – essential
* Own tools and transport – essential
* Willingness and ability to work UK-wide and stay away when required
