Specific Hours: 38 hours per week
Salary: Unqualified: Base salary of £27,866.34, earning up to £33,447.67 with sleep-in shifts.
Qualified: Base salary of £29,181.57, earning up to £34,762.90 with sleep-in shifts.

Your Role
In this rewarding position, you will work directly with young people facing challenging behaviors. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, resilient, and organized, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional childcare. Your goal? To help these young individuals achieve their best possible outcomes.
This is a permanent role with fantastic career prospects and a comprehensive training program within our growing company. You’ll work an average of 38 hours per week, following a 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, including 2 sleep-ins. Plus, enjoy generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime, and a performance-related bonus scheme!
What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills:
* Full manual driving license
* Ability to work independently with high accuracy and maintain clear records
* Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team spirit
* Capability to complete daily records in line with statutory and policy requirements
* Empathetic nature
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to engage, motivate, and encourage young people
Desirable Skills:
* Previous experience working with young people
* Willingness to pursue a fully funded qualification in Level 3 Children and Young People (or already qualified)
