We are currently looking for an experienced Exterior House Painter / Multiskilled Handyman to start ASAP on a residential project in Sevenoaks.
This is a short-term role with the potential to extend, ideal for a reliable tradesperson who takes pride in high-quality external finishes.
Job Details:
* Location: Sevenoaks
* Start Date: Immediate
* Duration: 2 weeks (potential for extension)
* Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
* Pay Type: CIS
* Rate: Negotiable dependent on experience
Scope of Work:
* Exterior painting of a residential property
* Surface preparation including sanding, filling, and priming
* Applying external paints and finishes to a high standard
* General handyman tasks as required on-site
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
Requirements:
* Proven experience in exterior painting and decorating
* Multiskilled handyman background preferred
* Own tools and PPE
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Strong attention to detail and work ethic
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
