Position Overview

Directorate: Public Health, Protection and Wellbeing
Section: Wellbeing and Leisure Services
Grade: Level 5 “Subject to Review”
Hours: 37 hours per week

This is a fixed term position for 3 years.


Role Summary

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Active Wellbeing Programme Support Officer to play a key role in coordinating and supporting our growing portfolio of health and wellbeing programmes.


Responsibilities

* You’ll manage referrals, maintain accurate participant records, support program logistics and act as a key point of contact for residents, partners and stakeholders.
* You’ll help shape communications campaigns, produce high-quality reports and champion the use of digital systems to streamline participant journeys and improve service efficiency.
* You’ll bring strong administrative skills, excellent communication, confidence using digital systems and experience working in a health, wellbeing, leisure or community setting.
* You’ll be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities and able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
