Sales Director – Bridging Finance
We’re working with a well-capitalised specialist lender that is firmly in growth mode. Profitable, ambitious and backed by long-term capital, the business is scaling its bridging proposition and investing across people, product and delivery.
This is a senior leadership role, working closely with the CCO and offering genuine influence over the next phase of growth.
The opportunity
* Lead and grow the intermediated bridging sales function on a national basis
* Act as a trusted right hand to the CCO, shaping sales strategy, structure and execution
* Take ownership of broker panel strategy, performance management, pricing input and forecasts
* Build and develop a high-performing sales team, with full autonomy over hiring as the business scales
* Play a key role in the launch of new products and the evolution of the lending proposition
