Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as SEN Support Staff in Aylesbury!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN
Assist in creating an inclusive learning environment
Help students develop their academic, social, and emotional skills
Work closely with teaching staff to implement tailored learning strategies
Support students in both classroom and extracurricular activities
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
A flexible and proactive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
