Job Description
3. Prepare and present monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation.
5. Assist with financial analysis to aid strategic decision-making.
6. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
7. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with financial policies.
8. Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors as needed.
9. Monitor expenditure and provide variance analysis against budgets.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part Qualified Management Accountant should have:
11. Part qualification in a recognised accounting body (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
12. Experience in management accounting within the healthcare or related industry is advantageous.
13. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
14. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
