OVERVIEW OF ROLE
The role of the Overnight Chef de Partieis to successfully run the overnight operation as part of the kitchen brigade. You will take responsibility for the late-night menu and In Room Dining service of any requests which come through throughout the evening and completed within a timely manner. It is also the responsibility to manage good stock rotation and correct storage procedures are followed to support the day operation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The role of the Chef de Partie is to successfully run a section as a part of the kitchen brigade. Ideal Chef de Partie candidate should have:
Prior experience in high end hotels/restaurant kitchens, as well as high volume establishments.
Ability to work well with others and support team members in a group setting.
Ability to work in an organized fashion, maintaining a clean work area & uniform.
Desire to learn and grow, as well as help support other team members.
Ideally have chef de partie experience in working with a wood/coal burning grill.
