In this varied role, you’ll: Ensure we meet and monitor against environmental compliance standards Lead inspections, audits, and investigations to spark positive change Shape and support our ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 systems Share your expertise with teams across the business, providing guidance, training, and solutions You’ll be part of a supportive team that champions safety, innovation, and collaboration — with the flexibility to work both in the office and on-site across Cornwall. To find out more about the role please take a look at the role profile About you We’re looking for someone with the confidence and expertise to champion environmental sustainability across a complex and dynamic organisation. You’ll need to bring: A degree in an environmental discipline. Proven experience of environmental legislation, compliance, and best practice. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. Strong communication and influencing skills — able to present findings clearly, engage others, and inspire change. Adaptability, positivity, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Membership of a professional body (such as ISEP) and audit training would be desirable, but if you don’t yet have these, we’ll support you to achieve them.
