Education Catering Operations Manager - Hull
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage a group of schools, including primary schools, secondary schools and colleges. This is a 52-week role, Monday – Friday. Previous catering and operational management experience is essential.
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate site-based teams, develop staff, and build strong client relationships across a portfolio of schools.
* Be commercially astute and prepared to roll up sleeves to support the teams when needed.
* Manage health and safety, retention, quality and finance KPIs, and drive continuous improvement aligned with Caterlink’s policies.
* Represent the operating group in line with company standards and values, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Previous catering and operational management experience is essential.
* Strong leadership, credibility, and ability to develop teams and client relationships.
* Commercially minded and hands-on when required.
* Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
