The Experience Centre Manager is responsible for managing and operating the Experience Centre in Bracknell, to increase customer engagement, brand loyalty and revenue for Midwich. By ensuring we deliver an exceptional customer experience, representing the latest technology & solutions from strategic UK group partners and driving key marketing & event initiatives to boost customer engagement and the profile of Midwich.
End to End Customer Experience Management: ensure a world-class experience for all visitors and manage the process from interest to booking, delivering the tour, follow up and link to sale.
Sales & PM: Collaborate with the sales and product management teams to develop and execute customer engagement strategies that drive lead generation and conversions.
Centre Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the Experience Centre, including product refresh, tech management, full governance and a change control process.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Have experience in customer management, a customer centric and sales mindset.
Experience in Event Planning & Customer Tour / Demonstration
Skilled on key tech areas of AV, UC&C, LED, Audio, Interactive, Projection, Extended Reality, Security, Broadcast solutions
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, staff, and senior management.
